OUR VISIT

During our NO PRESSURE sales visit we will endevour to provide all the information you require in order that you can make an informed choice of our wide range of products. Our sales representative will help you choose styles and finishes that will suit your home and budget.

QUOTATION

We will contact you by telephone or e-mail, normally, within 2 days with your quotation. This is followed up with a written copy. This quotation will be clear and easy to follow, while detailing all items that are included. We will provide the best possible value for money, including any present offers.

SURVEY

Upon your instructions we will return to take accurate measurements of the products required. The surveyor will provide you with a copy of the sizes, styles and specification and collect a deposit payment. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK THE SURVEY BEFORE SIGNING AS PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE CHANGED AFTER MANUFACTURE HAS STARTED.

MANUFACTURING

All products are manufactured to your specifications and therefore take time to manufacture. Different products have different delivery schedules, for example standard aluminium products (4 weeks) and Bi-fold doors (3 weeks), but some highly besoke items can take much longer, so we will try to give an estimate of the leadtime at time of order. All products use the latest production techinques in accordance with all relevant standards. All windows and doors then receive a rigorous quality control check before they are ready for dispatch.

INSTALLATION

Installation will be arranged to suit your schedule. Our experienced fitting teams will endeavor to keep all disruption to a minimum, leaving the process as smooth and stress-free for you as possible. On completion you will be asked to inspect the work carried, only when you are happy do you sign the completion sheet and pay the final balance.

AFTER SALES

As you would expect, from a company with more than 40 years experience, you can rely on our after sales service to help with any questions you might have regarding the products or installation. You could also receive a reward for recommending CARROLLS products to friends or family.
